How would you have liked to be the guy that created a novelty item that should have had maybe a three or four year run, but ended up a decade long phenom? With no end in sight?

That's the deal with the Zoot Tux - which dates back to 1997. Recently, a huge tuxedo rental firm went back to After Six begging them to remanufacture it because their pants were in dire need of replacemnt. So, remanufacture they did. I guess the Zoot Tux is just one of those slap your forehead "wish I'd thought of it" marketing success stories.

We most often put these out for Quinceaneras, the lavish, romantic Mexican Debutante 15th birthday parties. Of course, Prom kids love to wear this sassy bigger-than-life number, but we have even done a couple of weddings in them. Hey, it's fun to wear. Definitely out of the mainstream.
